Server Side:
Just on run the server app on the target device connected over WiFi or Internet.
Connect the USB device via OTG
Client side:
Run the client app and enter <IP ADDRESS>:7575

7575 is TCP port number for the app.To get access over the Internet open the  port 7575 on the router.

Server app is available for Linux,Raspberry Pi,Android in the embedded section.
